In 1995 we opened our first office in Edmonton, Alberta. Since that time our business has expanded to not only encompass the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical market (OGP) but also the Aerospace and Defense sectors. In 2000, we established a head office in Toronto, Ontario where the company could better serve the needs of its growing customer base. Today, we continue to provide unparalleled solutions to the growing need for unique and environmentally friendly coating technologies.

With the development and application of its exclusive and environmentally friendly EPVD® technology, we continue to service the Global defense industry as well as foreign Governments in the areas of weapons systems improvement. We remain the preferred supplier for any organization seeking advanced coating and engineering expertise.

Gennady Yumshtyk – CEO

Founder, President and CEO of Paradigm Shift. Gennady has authored numerous patents in the field of coatings and engineering. Gennady holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he brings over 45 years of expertise in developing and implementing revolutionary coating technologies and specialized deposition equipment for extreme-environment applications.

Eugene Yumshtyk – COO

As the COO, Eugene drives the global commercialization and strategic expansion of Paradigm Shift Technologies. He spearheads international partnerships, including the establishment of sovereign manufacturing capabilities for allied nations and oversees cross-functional operations. Under his leadership, the company successfully scales its proprietary EPVD® technology from a Canadian innovation into a foundational asset for the global defence industrial base.
